Moss Sund collaborated with Guelph General Hospital to convert a 1960s vehicle maintenance training facility into a contemporary community healthcare clinic. Phase 1 involved a 1,300 m² renovation supporting diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, BMD, and mammography. The project was delivered on an accelerated 12-month timeline, including both design and construction, to meet critical funding requirements.
Phase 2, which will support ambulatory care services including fracture and endoscopy clinics, is currently in design with construction scheduled to begin in fall 2026.
