Moss Sund was retained by Guelph General Hospital to transform a 1960s-era industrial teaching facility owned by Conestoga College into a modern 2000 sq. meter offsite healthcare clinic. The existing building had previously housed millwork, upholstery, and heavy vehicle mechanics programs. The project involved a complete interior renovation to support advanced diagnostic imaging and ambulatory care services.

Phase 1 delivered MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, and Mammography suites within a highly compressed 12-month schedule inclusive of design and construction to meet critical funding timelines.
