This project replaced an existing dilapidated garage with a modern, efficient multi-purpose space awash in natural light. The space is flexible with lounge space, integrated workstation and open area making it ideal for entertaining, yoga, working from home, or in this case, an actor’s rehearsal studio. The addition of a powder room makes it fully self-contained and separate from the owner’s home.
