Our second MRI project for Windsor Regional Hospital at their Ouellette Campus included the complete renovation of a former decommissioned MRI suite. The project included patient and tech support areas. Taking advantage of the existing curtain wall, we were able to bring natural light into all areas. The MRI suite required a new chiller and air handling unit. Working closely with the hospital and consulting team, a new elevated steel equipment platform was provided for the new mechanical systems.
