A Busy cardiologist came to us with a signed lease wanting to build a cardiology clinic in a new condo building.  Pressure was on.

Located in the St. Clair and Bathurst area on the main level of a new condominium tower, the design of the Toronto Cardiac Clinic combined a welcoming, accessible, reception and waiting area, with the extensive technical requirements of a fully functioning cardiac clinic, including exam rooms, Stress ECHO and ECHO rooms, nuclear cardiology camera room, hot lab, hot stress and hot waiting areas. Balancing budget expectations, technical requirements and a tight timeline, MOSS SUND designed a clinic that exceeded the expectations of Toronto Cardiac Clinic team and their patients.
