The Hugh Garner Housing Co-operative rooftop garden project – an incredible collaboration between an ambitious client and a passionate consultant team.

As part of the Co-op’s plan to green their building, the 22,000 sqft roof was transformed from an under utilized concrete paver terrace to a gorgeous park for the Co-op residents.  The design of the garden incorporates a host of innovative water and energy saving systems, all topped off with an amazing view of the Toronto skyline.
